Well, where do we start. We had approached our local bank for an increase to our loan. The staff member didn't seem to know what they were talking about and had to constantly refer to their help line.
We felt that they were only interested in selling us credit cards and life insurance instead of arranging our home loan. We decided to look at other options and found your website.
