When we receive enquiries via our website from customers in your area, we will advise you by email. You can then arrange to visit the customer and explain how Loanfinder can assist them, and help them arrange the paperwork required.

Alternatively, you can actively locate customers that want to save money and have the best home loan. You will have an advantage in the marketplace, because our service costs absolutely nothing. Loanfinder will assist with marketing tips and ideas to help you become successful.

In exchange for this, you will receive a fee based on the settled loan amount. This fee is the same regardless of which lender is chosen to ensure we remain impartial and focused on the customer's needs, not our profit.

For details regarding our payment scheme, please send us an email telling us a little about yourself and a copy of your resume if available. We have a very attractive payment scheme and exceptional bonus payments if you want to work harder and find extra customers. Our service is easy to explain, as we charge absolutely nothing for our service. The customer receives the best home loan available, and you receive a payment for helping to organise it.

The process to find the best loan works in this way:

Loanfinder supplies all the documents required
You arrange an assessment form and questionaire to be completed
We process the information using our computer systems and simulators.
We match this information to what the customer has told us and you that they are looking for
We inform them of the best 3 loans, with the positive and negative aspects of each. This is generally done by email, which allows them to receive the information, take the time to consider it and make an informed decision.
The customer selects the best loan for them and we forward the necessary application form, checklists and guidelines for completion.
You assist the customer to send the completed application forms and required documents using our checklists and reply paid envelopes to Loanfinder head office.
We then submit the application form and related documents to the chosen lender.
Upon approval, we advise you and the customer. You then assist them to complete the loan documents and ensure all required documents are provided to the chosen lender.
Approx 4 weeks after settlement, we will forward a cheque to you in line with our payment plan.

There is no limit to the amount of loans you can organise. The amount of time you spend organising loans is up to you. If you already have an existing job, then this may be an excellent supplement to your income and lifestyle.
